Returns
If you'd like to return a living item, let the team know within 30 days by emailing info@leafenvy.co.uk or live chat if online. Please attach a photo of the faulty or damaged plant. Other items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in re-saleable condition.
We want you to love your plants! That’s why we offer a 30-Day Plant Guarantee for peace of mind. If your plant arrives damaged or develops issues despite proper care, we’ll replace it or offer a refund. Simply reach out with photos and complete our care questionnaire - we’ll take care of the rest!
