• Live plants are not in transit for more than 24-48h
• All orders are sent on tracked services by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD
• One charge covers your entire order, regardless of how many items

We do everything we can to provide a positive plant experience from start to finish. Your plant should arrive fresh and healthy - if for any reason it doesn’t, we’ll replace it for free within 30 days!

Your plant has been on quite the adventure to get to you, so it might need a drink and some time to adjust to its new home. It’s perfectly normal that it may be showing some minor signs of stress after shipment.

If your plant is damaged beyond what you’d expect, let us know within 30 days, and a member of our customer happiness team will be able to help you. All you need to do is take a couple of pictures of the problem area and one of the whole plant and send them to info@leafenvy.co.uk. We’ll then make things right as quickly as we can, so you can get on with enjoying plant parenthood.

We always send your plants & pots to you with a trusted delivery service so the plants spend the least amount of time in darkness as possible. Once they leave our studio you will receive a notification from our delivery partner so you can track your parcel.

We deliver to most of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and the following postcodes IV, AB, HS, FK, KW, PA, PH, IM, JE, GY, ZE, TR21-25, BF1).

You're super excited to receive your new plants, which is why as soon as your order has been dispatched you'll receive a dispatch email containing tracking information to keep you updated on the process of your order.

To start a return, please contact us at info@leafenvy.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your goods, explaining why you would like to return your order. If your return is accepted, we'll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or not in their original packaging, will not be accepted.
