Plant Displays FAQ

We require a minimum spend of £2,500 (inc. VAT) for our Plant Displays. This is due to the considerable work required to prepare the displays with a Semi-hydro watering system and import and transport the goods from our growers based in Europe.

Please ensure your purchase is over £2,500 at checkout. If not, we will be in touch to ask what else you would like to include in your order to meet the requirements. If you cannot reach the minimum order value, your order will be canceled and refunded.

At checkout you are not charged a transportation & delivery fee. This is because we need to calculate the number of Plant Trolleys required to transport your order.

Pricing for Transportation:

Our pricing is based on the number of Plant Trolleys required to transport your order. There is a minimum fee of two trolleys per order. Please see below a list of postcodes, to give you an indication on pricing for delivery. All prices exclude VAT and we will invoice you separately for this once the order has been confirmed.

There is also an additional fee of £100 for Customs Documentation and a Phytosanitary Certificate, which is a legal requirement for businesses importing plant products into the UK.

We deliver to the following postcodes and operate a curb-side drop off as standard. On arrival the Driver will unload your order and take back the Plant Trolleys used for Transportation of the goods.

Please note, in some areas we are unable to offer our Installation service at this time. We will let you know if this is the case, however you can still proceed with the curb-side drop off.

We operate a curb-side drop off as standard, however if you would like Installation Specialists to physically move the plants & pots into situ, then this is no problem. The number of Specialists that you require is calculated based on the size of the order.

When we get in touch to confirm delivery, we will ask if you would like this service and invoice you separately for this.

Once you have checked out you will receive an order confirmation and we will receive a notification about your order. A member of the team will be in touch within 24 hours (48 hours if the order was placed on the weekend), to speak with you about delivery and installation.

If possible, please leave your mobile number at checkout, so that one of the team can call you directly about your order.

Otherwise, we will email you to ask for the following information:

• Address & postcode to calculate the Transportation & Delivery fee
• Ideal delivery date. Please note, we require at least 5 - 7 working days to turnaround the order. So please choose a date outside of this delivery lead time.
• Information about access for large vehicles. For example, is there a loading bay?
• We will ask if you would like a curb-side drop off, or for Installation Specialists to help you move the plants into the space. If so, we will invoice you separately for this. Please see the FAQ section on Installation for more information about this service.

Once you have paid the Transportation & Delivery fee, we will confirm your order and send you a calendar invite for your Installation date.

Please note, we cannot guarantee a time for delivery. We can however request AM/PM delivery. Please let us know which you prefer when a member of the team gets in touch with you.

As our Plant Displays feature extra large plants & planters, with a height of up to 3 meters and a diameter of up to 50 cm, we require a large vehicle to Transport the goods. This means that we require information on how the vehicle can access the space prior to delivery. This is to ensure a smooth delivery service and we will be in touch to get more information about this.

Our Plant Displays are Semi-Hydro, which means they are set up for ease of maintenance. They only require watering when the water indicator is low and are very straightforward to maintain.

However, if you would like to discuss our Plant Maintenance Service, we do offer this in London only.

Yes, at this time, our Plant Displays are only available for business purchase. We are working on how we can scale this service to homeowners.
